How To Clean Windows?

Domestic cleaning with commercial cleaning materials can often be expensive and also harmful to your children, pets, and the environment. Most areas of your home like the windows for example can be cleaned to perfection with the use of natural cleaning products.

Windows, Glass and Mirrors
The four simple steps below present an easy, cost efficient and very effective way of having sparkling windows without posing any harm to your health and to the environment.
First of all you need to mix vinegar with warm water in the ration of approximately 1:4. For your convenience you might want to consider pouring the mixture into spray bottle if you are using it indoors.
Take a lint-free cloth and start cleaning the window with the vinegar-water solution. You might need to repeat this step several times if the window is very dirty. The dirt will be easily removed.
The final stage of windows cleaning is ensuring the windows are not only clean, but also sparkling and that there are no any marks or streaks left from the cloth. The best way to do that is by using a newspaper to buff them to a shine. It is a good idea to look at the window from different angles to ensure that they are perfectly clean and sparkling.
Repeat these steps to clean the window from the other side.
This cleaning method can also be applied for mirror and glass cleaning. It is a fast and easy way to change the look of your home while at the same time protecting the environment.

Window Frames
Natural cleaning products can be very effective for cleaning window frames by removing mould and mildew and preventing the re-growth of mould. To do that you can mix Borax powder with a little water until it becomes a paste. You can them use a stiff brush or even an old toothbrush to scrub the window fame of mould with the paste. Finally, wipe the area with a clean and moist cloth.

You can have perfectly clean windows, window frames and mirrors without posing any danger to your family, plants and pets by using natural cleaning agents instead of commercial chemicals.
